Oklahoma Insurance Exchange("we", "us") helps Oklahoma homeowners compare home insurance quotes. This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you complete our quote form we collect details about your property (type, use, address, year built, square footage, roof and construction type, desired coverage and deductible, current insurance and claims history) and about you (first and last name, email address, date of birth, and phone number).

Information collected automatically. We record your IP address and browser user agent at the moment you submit the form, along with any advertising parameters in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source and fbclid). We keep this to understand which campaigns bring people to us and to evidence your consent.

We use your information to prepare and deliver home insurance quotes, to contact you about your request, to verify eligibility, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to keep records we are required to keep.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not pass your quote request to outside agencies or lead buyers. Your information is worked in-house by our own licensed team.

We do share information with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, and only for that purpose: hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, address lookup, email delivery, text message delivery, and advertising measurement. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you provided — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages — about home insurance quotes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or email us at okinsuranceexchange@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages that are necessary to service a quote you have already requested.

We use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads. It may set cookies and report to Meta that a visit or a quote request occurred. You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences and through your browser's cookie settings.

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to service your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Consent records are kept for at least as long as any applicable statute of limitations.

Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email okinsuranceexchange@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
