These terms apply when you use the Oklahoma Insurance Exchange website and request a home insurance quote. By submitting the quote form you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We collect information about you and your property so a licensed agent can prepare home insurance quotes. Submitting the form is a request for a quote only. It is not an application for insurance, it is not an offer of coverage, and it does not bind, alter, or renew any policy. No coverage exists until an insurer issues a policy and you accept it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use this service. The form is intended for properties located in Oklahoma.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Quotes depend entirely on what you tell us — inaccurate answers about your property, claims history, or personal details may produce quotes that do not reflect what an insurer will actually offer, and may cause an insurer to decline or rescind coverage.

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to underwriting, verification, and insurer approval. Final rates and terms are set by the insurer and may differ. We do not guarantee that any particular rate, coverage, or insurer will be available to you.

You agree not to submit false information or another person's information without their permission, not to use automated means to submit the form, and not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

The site, its content, and its branding belong to Oklahoma Insurance Exchange and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oklahoma Insurance Exchange will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on any quote or estimate obtained through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
